Questionnaires

Since every project Benvenuti and Stein undertakes is considered a unique design; each with it’s own program, scale and budget, several questionnaires are provided below. Each questionnaire focuses on a particular room or area of your house. Some projects may only require a single questionnaire, while others may require many (as is the case of new home construction).

Filling out the questionnaires will help us understand the vision you have for your project and plan a direction for its realization. Be frank about what you wish the end result to feel like, but also be prepared to explore new ideas and alternatives. The responses you give here are not final design decisions, but rather initial concepts that will be used as a reference to help jumpstart communication between you and your designer.

Ideally, you and your family will sit together and read through the questions, using them to help focus a discussion on the goals you wish to accomplish with your project. Think about you want to accomplish now, but also consider how the project will accommodate the future needs of your family.
