The Benvenuti and Stein Warranty and Maintenance department has a new manager who is expanding its services within our existing client base and reaching out to new customers needing any improvements or repairs around their home. Phil Knell manages Warranty and Maintenance department with veteran experience and the knowledge to handle any problems that might arise in the course of home ownership. Chicago and the North Shore are abundant with vintage homes that need constant care. We are helping homeowners take a proactive approach to maintaining their homes in an effort to avoid more significant repair issues from occurring in the future.
